EVA GARRETSON
Eva Garretson is a co-owner and partner in Liquor Licensing Professionals. She is a Colorado native, and grew up in the San Luis Valley. Eva graduated from Antonito High School before attending Adams State University. At Adams State, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology, as well as in Business Management with Accounting. Eva then went on to further her education and earned her Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and Physical Science. After college, Eva worked in the banking industry for many years. She then partnered up with Sylvie Cimino in 2017, and became a co-owner of LiquorPros. Together, Eva and Sylvie work hard to help individuals and businesses obtain liquor licenses for their establishments. When Eva is not working, she likes to spend time with family and play golf with her husband, Joe. They enjoy traveling to different places and golf courses around our beautiful state of Colorado. Eva loves spending time with her daughter, Brooke, who recently finished her time in the Navy and serving our country.
SYLVIE CIMINO
Sylvie Cimino is a co-owner and partner in Liquor Licensing Professionals. She has spent the last 30 years in Customer Service, working in the fitness industry, then with her own consulting firm and Art business. She has also worked in education, as a volunteer and then as a substitute teacher. She has been working with LiquorPros since 2008. If you know Sylvie, then you know that she believes in honesty, trust, and respect. She also loves a good laugh and will take advantage of any opportunity to bring humor into a conversation. When you talk to her it is like you have known her your whole life. You will never leave an interaction with her as a stranger! Sylvie has been married for 30 years and is the mother of two. In her personal time, Sylvie enjoys traveling with her family, especially to watch her son, Nick, play competitive hockey. She also loves spending time with her daughter, Elise, who is a Denver University graduate, and works at LiquorPros- assisting with administrative duties and field work.

Locally owned and operated. Sylvie and Eva were both employees of LiquorPros and in 2017 decided to become business partners and purchase the company. They have never looked back, striving to improve and grow in this ever-changing industry. Sylvie Cimino and Eva Malouff Garretson bring their expertise, along with the combined experience of their staff, to the forefront with great customer service, attention to detail, and our willingness to strive for business excellence!
