FAQ
Why do I need a survey?
The state asks that all applicants show the needs & desires of the adult inhabitants of the
designated area which is issued by the local jurisdiction. Survey petitioning is the most common
method.

Dependent on the jurisdiction and license type and the level of opposition regarding the license.

Do I need an attorney?
An attorney is not required, but is certainly recommended. Attorneys are helpful with the Application Process, Opposition issues, Zoning Issues and Contractual Issues (landlords, lease agreements, etc.) They will also assist you at the potential hearing testimony.
